Dosa are savory Indian crepes made from a lentil and rice batter. Served with sambar and coconut chutni.

Uthappam

Uthappam are an Indian pancake made from a lentil and rice batter. They come with many different toppings, so you can think of them as an Indian pizza! Served with sambar and coconut chutni.
